COPYRIGHT REGISTRATION

Copyright is the right of an individual or organization to a work created or owned by him/her. However, not all works are protected by copyright. According to Articles 14 and 15 of the Law on Intellectual Property 2005 (amended in 2022), cases that are not subject to copyright protection include:

Copyright is automatically protected, however, in order to avoid disputes arising later, the state encourages authors to register copyright for their works before making them available to the public. The following is the order and procedure for copyright registration: 

It is very difficult to prove ownership without being registered for protection. Especially for creative works that have been created for a long time. The registration of copyright helps the author obtain a Registration Certificate, the most important document to prove his ownership.
