4. List of goods/services associated with the trademark. For example: cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, tea, coffee, etc.
5. A copy of the Business Registration Certificate/Operating License/Establishment Decision
1. Prepare the file: Ensure all required documents are complete and in accordance with legal requirements.
2. File submission: Submit to the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam or its representative offices.
3. Examination: Includes formal examination, publication of the application, and substantive examination of the trademark.
4. Issuance of Trademark Registration Certificate: After the application passes examination and is deemed eligible for registration.
Processing Time: As per regulations, the standard processing time is 12 months, but the actual duration may range from 18 to 24 months.
Protection Period: The trademark is protected for 10 years, with the option for indefinite renewals.
