INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

LCS (Predilute) is poured directly into the 2 liter LCS bottle in the appropriate position (LCS) of the automated fluidics module. LCS (Predilute) solution is automatically applied by the automated slide stainer as required by the protocol being run.

Prior to the initial use of the LCS (Predilute) solution in the user’s laboratory, appropriate staining should be verified by staining a number of positive and negative controls. Ventana recommends positive controls be placed on the same slide as the patient tissue sample. Variable results may occur due to tissue fixation. The clinical interpretation of any staining or its absence must be complemented by morphological studies and evaluation of proper controls. Evaluation must be made by a qualified pathologist within the context of the patient’s clinical history and other diagnostic tests.

Ventana reagents have been developed for use on Ventana automated slide stainers in combination with Ventana detection kits, primary antibodies, probes and accessories. Recommended staining protocols for the automated slide stainers are described in the package insert of the primary antibody or probe of interest. The staining protocols can be displayed, printed and edited according to the procedure in the Operator's Manual. Other operating parameters for the automated slide stainers have been preset at the factory. LCS (Tiền pha loãng) được đổ và trực tiếp từ chai LCS 2 Lít vào vị trí tương ứng (LCS) trên phần chất lỏng tự động. LCS (Tiền pha loãng) tự động đưa vào máy nhuộm tiêu bản tự động theo yêu cầu của quy trình được chạy.

Trước khi bắt đầu sử dụng dung dịch LCS (tiền pha loãng) tại phòng xét nghiệm của người sử dụng, nhuộm tương ứng phải được thẩm định bởi việc nhuộm số lượng chứng dương và chứng âm. Ventana khuyến cáo đặt mẫu chứng dương trên cùng tiêu bản với mẫu mô bệnh nhân. Kết quả thay đổi có thể xảy ra do quá trình cố định mô. Biện luận kết quả xét nghiệm dựa trên sự bắt màu hoặc không bắt màu phải được kết hợp với kết quả về hình thái học và đánh giá các mẫu chứng thích hợp. Đánh giá kết quả phải được thực hiện bởi một bác sĩ Giải phẫu bệnh đủ tiêu chuẩn, kết hợp với tiền sử lâm sàng của bệnh nhân và các xét nghiệm chẩn đoán khác.

Thuốc thử Ventana được phát triển để sử dụng trên máy nhuộm tiêu bản tự động Ventana cùng với bộ kit phát hiện, kháng thể sơ cấp, mồi và các phụ kiện của Ventana. Quy trình nhuộn đề nghị trên máy nhuộm tự động được mô tả trong tờ hướng dẫn sử dụng của các kháng thể sơ cấp hay mồi để tham khảo. Quy trình tự nhuộm có thể được hiển thị, in và thay đổi theo quy trình trong hướng dẫn vận hành của máy. Các thông số vận hành khác trên máy nhuộm tự động đã được cài đặt sẵn.
