TRANSLATION OF DOCUMENTS OF STATE AGENCIES

In the process of administration, State agencies in Vietnam often issue many types of legal documents to manage and administer activities in society. For example, the National Assembly promulgates laws, the Government promulgates Decrees, and the Court issues judgments and decisions. These documents play an important role in determining and guiding the implementation of legal provisions in Vietnam.
