CUSTOMER will furthermore ensure that CONTRACT PRODUCT having been delivered by BÊN GIA CÔNG to CUSTOMER but not being part of the final Shoes (as they are part of rejected non-removable parts in the manufacture process or for any other reason), will either be destroyed by incineration or recycled (the latter only if and to the extent the respective material is converted to a non-particle foam, i.e. by melting the material to a compact thermoplastic polyurethane or by grinding it to small pieces). Furthermore, CUSTOMER will not resell any CONTRACT PRODUCTS (be they contained in rejected non-removable parts or post-production scrap or otherwise). | KHÁCH HÀNG đảm bảo rằng họ sẽ chỉ sử dụng SẢN PHẨM HỢP ĐỒNG cho hoạt động kinh doanh của mình về sử dụng trong Sản phẩm Giày và tuân theo Hướng dẫn Thiết kế cho loại giày tương ứng.
