TERMINATION OF BARCODE REGISTRATIONS

I. What is a barcode code?

Code is a sequence of numbers symbolized by a series of whole digits under the barcode to prove the origin of production and circulation of goods of this product. So each item will be assigned a unique number to the product! In other words, this is a distinction between goods in different regions and countries.

A barcode is a series of lines (dark, light, long, short), between which there are alternating parallel spaces arranged according to a certain coding rule to represent the code so that it can be read by the machine.

II. When to proceed with the procedure to stop using MSMV?

When there is no longer a need to use the barcode number. Businesses must carry out the procedure of registration to stop using it.

III. The application for new issuance of barcode (through A Dong Company) includes:

1. Power of Attorney (according to the form): here 

2. Application for termination of barcode registrations (according to the form): here.

3. A Certified Copy of the Enterprise Registration Certificate. 

4. Payment Order.

IV. Termination of Barcode Registrations Process

1. Prepare documents: Ensure complete documents as required. 

2. Submission of dossiers: Submit a hard copy at the National Center for Barcodes.

3. Appraisal of dossiers at the National Center for Barcodes. 

4. Termination of Barcode Registrations: After the dossier is duly approved.

5. Processing time: According to regulations, it is 05 working days from the date of submission of the hard copy of the dossier at the Barcode Center
