1. Vietnamese and English names: Must not be identical or confusingly similar to the names of previously registered enterprises nationwide.

2. Abbreviated name: Must not be identical with the abbreviated name of enterprises registered nationwide.

3. Enterprises under investment licenses: Enterprises operating under investment licenses or investment certificates whose names are identical or confusing to other enterprises registered in the National Database are not required to register for name change.

4. Business Name and Famous Trademark: Avoid overlapping with well-known trademarks that have been protected before the time of naming. - Vietnamese name: If it reads the same as the name of the registered enterprise. - Abbreviated name and name in foreign language: identical to the name of the registered enterprise. - Proper Name: Differs from the same business only by small details such as natural numbers, letters, special symbols, additional words (such as "new", "new"), or phrases such as "North", "South", etc.

Some Notes on Changing Business Name
